Price per person per month starting from GBP 549 — This new Innovation Hub is situated on the northern side of Imperial College London and contains a brand new incubator for science (lab-based) startups and spin-out companies, with the aim of converting research into products and services. The space resides alongside research clusters in chemistry and biomedical engineering. The campus itself will be home to new workspace for multidisciplinary academic research, commercial and research partners and social areas for people to meet and learn about Imperial’s work.

Support and services will be offered to over 400 startup businesses who will gain access to a network of businesses, academics, researchers and other corporate partners. Hotdesking, dedicated desks and private offices are all available, alongside wet lab facilities and phone/ Skype booths.
