The principal office building houses the reception, breakout area and meeting room. All buildings have their own toilet facilities, kitchens and showers are available on the centre. Office units are available from 180 ft2 (17 m2) and workshops from 420 ft2 (39 m2). All are available on monthly licence agreements.
