The development includes 550,000 sq ft of specialty retail and restaurants, 300 residences, 200,000 sq ft of Class A office space, a cinema, a gourmet grocer and a lifestyle hotel. More than 40 retail tenants are signed up, including Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, Sephora, Vera Bradley and a dozen restaurants, most of which will offer al fresco dining, including Cheesecake Factory, MiCocina, PF Changs, Brio, Tuscan Grille, Cru Wine Bar, Naan and Starbucks.
